Crumpler’s ipod case is robust, snug fitting and thoroughly recommendable. My two boys use their ipod classics regularly and the Crumpler gear protects them admirably.
One slight downside is that although there is a hole to allow the ipod connector to be fixed without removing the machine from the case, that hole is not big enough meaning that to re-charge/sync requires removal from the cover. But this is a small price to pay for such a good case.

This was bought because I have used other crumpler bags in the past for my oh-so-clumsy husband, who has a penchant for dropping things and destroying them. This was bought fir just such a purpose and I can confirm that having dropped the (full) crumpler ipod pouch on airport flors, office floors and streets, it protects the ipod perfectly. Wipe clean for the most part (necessary if you have my husband) and sturdier than it first appears, this bag is perfect for protecting a valuable ipod.
On other notes, it has a superb flap which protects from accidental switching on, and a belt loop which is oh-so-easy to use.
And best of all it looks sleek and manly, so makes a perfect gift for the man in your life! Highly reccomended all round!
